This program shows you how to implement the basic tools that will put order and sanity into how to manage an office and control your staff with less effort.

Some of the ingredients in The Keys to Success are managing staff effectively, monitoring production through the use of statistics, how to get others to produce, managing finances and much, much more.

This two day, intensive program will put you more in control of staff production and behavior. You will learn the tools necessary to grow a business without confusion and chaos. You will learn tools to improve production, handle non-producing staff, know who to keep, who to fire, when to hire, what jobs need to be done and by whom.

This program will also show you how to I.Q., Aptitude, and Personality test potential employees. So that you can help your practice grow.

The Goal of this program is to sustain orderly growth through proper recruitment and management of staff.

 


Purpose

The purpose of the Keys to Success Program is to help remove the stress and anxiety of business and help put you in control of both your staff and your future.

 


Prediction and Control

Stable, sustained growth requires prediction. To predict and control the growth of a business you need to know what is happening.

The area of greatest concern in a business is production. If one isn’t getting a lot done a business goes down. To sustain growth you need to monitor and control production and be able to determine what staff you will need and also what they should and should not do.

The key to all this is having the tools of management. The Keys to Success Program will give you vital tools to grow, remove stress and maintain expansion while getting yourself and others to produce.

 


Managing by Statistics

The first tool you will learn has to do with statistics.

What is a statistic?

A statistic is: Facts or data of a numerical kind, assembled, classified and tabulated so as to present significant information about a given subject. -Webster Unabridged Dictionary

Statistics are used to monitor production. Without them, you cannot know if production is occurring.

You will learn what statistics to measure. A successful office monitors up to 35 different statistics. You will learn how to easily have this information. You will learn how to easily and quickly know what is happening in regards to production in all the vital areas of your business.

From this information you will learn how to determine the operating basis (what is happening, what is getting done) in each area of your business. There are different areas or zones that need to be monitored. You will also learn these.

 


Organizing Chart

  • You will have a chart that goes on the wall and shows all the different functions that occur in your business so nothing ever gets dropped out. From this chart you will place your staff in different zones or areas so that they can have duties that allow for the most production.
  • You will learn which jobs to hire for and what the person’s responsibilities should be.

  • Knowing when to hire, and for what job, will no longer be a problem.

Hiring

Personal Potential Analysis Test:
Measures distinct 10 traits of an individuals performance potential.
I.Q. Test:
Measures a person’s intelligence and ability to learn new things.
Aptitude Test:
Measures a person’s ability to duplicate and follow instructions.

Finally, you will know that you can successfully own any business and handle any staff you hire.

This program is a must for anyone new to owning or running their own practice, who want productive staff and to save yourself from burnout later, or for anyone who does not have all of the above in their office.
